National Trust:
Lavenham Guildhall Garden
After a successful Dye Garden project, I was commissioned again by Lavenham Guildhall. I was asked to create interpretation panels for four points of interest in the property's garden: the Swift Garden, the bug hotel, the hazel tree and the cemetery bell.
I worked in linocut for the illustration, which are then digitally coloured. I used objects in the placing of these panels, mounting the swift garden panel onto an antique lawn mower and the cemetery bell panel onto a gravestone.
Linocut, rubber stamping and digital.
